Lissandra Buff

She Seems to be a very weak champion even in or out the meta honestly the only time I have felt she is useful is in support but after that she barely has any use other to burst and escape. but i feel she needs an ult buff where it can last a .5 second time due to is being very weak early and very meh later on due to the time the ult last is quite a small amount of time it needs a tiny buff but even when ahead it somewhat useful to burst them but i see that even with a little MR she cant even burst that well it usually reduces the damage by 15% which is critical due to it not being a good combo if u cant secure a kill. also if u have something to add on please do due to her being super weak for some time now
