Champion Select Trolls

All right, I think anyone who plays this game has encountered a champion pick troll. It's annoying, and frankly its not dealt with well. There is a serious need especially for normal games to be able to do something against people who do this. Right now the only solution is dodging, which punishes the VICTIM of the champion select troll. Its season 5 Riot, get your act together and please give some way to prevent it or reporting it. One suggestion I have is to give players a limited number of "opt outs" so if theres a champion select troll you can dodge without getting a penalty yourself, and people can't abuse it due to its limited nature. I want to know how many people are ok with the system as is, or if people agree with the need for a measure taken against Champ select trolls. Thanks for reading.
