Taliyah and Rylai's?
With Rylai's getting nerfed and Taliyah already being weak but barely holding on due to Rylai's, will she ever get buffed again or what? I have a feeling she'll remain forgotten in the pool of nerfed champions

Look at her charts. Her winrate is only bad in the 1-5 and 5-15 game bracket. And that's the majority (~60%) of people playing her.
