Ideas for the Veigar stun rework
Instead of adding a delay that either allows your opponent to just walk away, or is eventually small enough it's like before only countered by dashes what if veigars stun scaled off of how long it had been out?
This way you can still have a powerful zone denial tool in teamfights without making it to effective at locking down someone from 1000 units away. Maybe halved stun duration for the first second it's out.
Alternatively we could add a cast animation like thresh hook so you know he's going for a stun but not where (oh the mind games)
