Build a wall and make League Great Again (and fix Grievous Wounds)

So lets set the stage. Your mid lane vs say I don't know a Vlad..... You think to yourself " gee i better buy a Grievous wounds item to help cut that Vlad heal quick smart" Then you realize your playing a AP champ and it's gonna cost you 3000 god damn gold! Oh but wait if your playing a tank it only costs 1000 gold for Bramble or 800 gold for Executioners Calling. So why in helliest of hells do I have to pay 3 times what ad and tank champs need to pay to get Grievous Wounds????? You want me to buy Executioners Calling as Ekko? Or maybe Bramble vest as Syndra? You go to hell with Vlad and fix your items! Until then im out!!!!
