when you have someone who is going annie jungle, soraka top or simply someone who sais blantantly that he is going to run it down mid next to the only thing you can do to save yourself some lp is dodge but when you dodge you cannot report the person unless you post a message on the boards. I believe there should be a report button in the match history tab to make it easier to report someone after a dodge.
