Zac Passive Buff?

I play alot and compared to passive or , i feel like their passives are much better late game than . If globs could go a little faster or have a little more health they could be way better. Or if the passive starts from full health like and then slowly decreases from full rather than coming back to half health and decreasing from there. just my opinion because i feel like needs a little bit more .......ooompff
