The drop rate decreases with each key fragment you get, and you can only get them on wins.

The drop rate resets every 30ish days, counting from when you got your first one. Mine reset a few days ago juding by the sruge of keys I've been getting recently, so I imagine many people are on a similar timer given I started upon release.

this is second month i have received none. I know alot of people are saying its free, but I play alot with my friends and they keep telling me im exaggerating. They earn them really rapidly and i do agree each fragment is harder to drop each piece and if you play often but its really frustrating that theyll all going on about their new champs or skins and I cant even get a single key fragment. Again i know its free, but people are flaunting and using their own statistics of how they get them to judge how everyone else does. second month i've got nothing. friends have unlocked at least 1 shard a month. Feel like im glitched :(
