FPS drop after recent update
I don't know if its just me, but right after the update, all my games have had really bad fps drops.

The updated client stays open while you play, decreasing your fps in some cases. You can disable that, and it should fix your fps.
What update? windows 10?
If you use a laptop, windows probably turned your graphics card off permanently, because microsoft is bloody stupid. This is a really common issue tons of people are having, and MS shows no signs of fixing it. Fix it: Open nvidia control panel (if you have amd on a laptop - is this a thing? - google it) Go to "3d settings" in the left menu Go to "program settings" tab on the right. Find the LoL client, or add it to the list. Edit the settings for it: set performance to maximum power, set preferred graphics adapter/device to your graphics card (likely a geforce/GTX) instead of the integrated graphics (probably intel HD).
If you do not have a laptop, set your computer on fire and use a better OS, or roll back whatever you updated.
