Champion shards in preseason

How much BE will cost the activation of champion shards in preseason? For example, i have 2 champion shards of champions i do not own. I want to activate them, but i do not have enough blue essence. Is it worth keeping them, as I have like 15k Ip which will be converted in BE or should I disenchant them?

all your BE will be multiplied by 6.5, so disenchant the shards you do not want. other then that i do not know
