Honor System
Ok im extremely confused in the honor update video RIOT said you can get to lvl 3 and get banner for the next game if you get honored by 2 teammates yet im still lvl 2 so can someone please explain how you are suppose to lvl up.

Sometimes I wonder if riot just assumed league players are all just so toxic nobody would ever get past 2 lol.
it's a system designed to take the whole season to level up to 5 (or at least a large majority of it), and so it'll take several weeks or a couple months per level
aka: don't stress about farming honors and just be a naturally good person. Key fragments and level-ups will come naturally if given time <3
