Overloaded Abilities
Something that I've seen and have been annoyed about are abilities that are overloaded, or packed. One example of this that I am reminded of every time it gets cast, is Zoe's E:
Zoe kicks a bubble that travels through terrain, extending to fit the length of said terrain, and going slightly out of the terrain once exiting, once the bubble hits an enemy unit it makes them "drowsy" and then puts them to sleep, acting like a stun. But it doesn't stop there, once asleep, the enemy unit also takes extra true damage equal to 100% of the damage of the ability cast onto the asleep target, but is capped. BUT IT DOESN'T STOP THERE, if you miss this bubble it also sets up a small sized trap that lasts for 4 seconds, which can be used as a zoning tool if in a tight area.
Now let's compare that to another mage, that is kind of similar ability to Zoe; Xerath:
Xerath fires an orb of energy that deals magic damage to the first enemy unit it hits, as well as stunning them based on the range it has traveled.
4 lines compared to 1 line, and while there may be some biased in how I had written Zoe's, I tried to make them of similar verbosity.
So my question is, do you feel that overloaded abilities indeed exist? If so, should they be changed, and what are some others that you can think of?
