new support items/masteries

For supports why not buff the gold income in masteries and/or the items themselves responding to a set of support masteries? so for example a keystone would give a vision ward +5~30 max AP/HP(under a different value of course) At lvl x for every active ward you have on the map, or the possibility of increasing gold per second with active wards or per assist based on total team KDA ratio.

 In essence the more wards and vision you provide your team the higher your personal champion gain.
