Ranked Problems In League Of Legends AFK/Feeding teamates (only for Riot)

Ok so there is a BIG problem in league . The Feeding/Afk teammate(s)

All I want to know is how to avoid these types of players should I play solo or duo.Every time I'm playing ranked I always get a troll or a feeder in my team and I keep losing my league points because of what the others do. I find that sad because I'm not a feeder and I didn't afk one time in a game.At the end of each games I report them and after 1 hour riot didn't send me the message that they have banned the other guy because of what they did.

So I got to bronze 5 (even if I started silvier5 last season and that's why I think that ranked is broken)and I was playing with my friends to reach the best I could go and I got slowly to bronze 3 going by the fourth then third and at this moment I kept playing with feeders and afks

This message is for riot and I'm just talking about ranked and what did change by the time of the end of season 5 and the start of the 6 like really every one thinks I suck cause I'm now bronze 4 and I know I will go to the 5 soon because of who??? You guest it feeders and afks

pls do something with the feeders that keep getting reported and not banned
