ADD NEW CHAMPION NAMED KONSTANTIN

had one request, this is not a really request but my english is bad so i cannot say it in another way, i would be so thankful if i had a champion with my name on League, yes im nothing am a one player in 75 milions existing but, i would love that next new champion has name Konstantin, interesting name and its mine too, he would have dreads and will be metalhead, so brutal and dark.. His q would hit enemy with some black magic, w would shock with some brutal bass on guitar then make enemy insane for 3 sec and enemy will be unable to move propertly, e would be skillshot like illaois but diffirend, it is like Konstantin getting enemies soul and enemie because half of their sould is cutted for 2,3 sec (also deal damage) they cannot do 2 random abilities, and ult is skillshot with guitar, guitar would go trough enemy (stun, deal damage).. And passiv is he sometimes plays death metal and he will regen his health a little bit. His first skin would be definately not Konstantin, skin would be with bald head, colorful clothes (in original Konstantin, Konstantin is fully black) and he will play as passiv pop music ahhahaha, this is my idea, riot this is awesome idea please realise it someday! :3 <3 AND ONE MORE TOO, IN LORE JINX WOULD BE HIS GIRLFRIEND AND HE WOULD BE CRAZY JUST THE WAY SHE WAS
