IM NOT ELIGIBLE TO PLAY ?! ANY REASON?!

Hi everyone on here, i need some help ;). Basically i woke up this morning , like anyother day i wanted to play a match of league in normal lobby , i loaded up in champ select and it kicked me out -_-. I tried to get back in but no, a messege pops up every time i want to get in a lobby saying ''You're not eligible to create a lobby for this que?'' i was like what the heck? seriously? no alert nothing, i need help ! I spent a lot of money on LoL because i enjoy it and this is what i get back..

It happen the same to me right now. i think is bugged.. when i try to create a custom game it sais im already in a game

Are you able to play any of the modes at all? If not then I have something for you, might work might not, try reading over this. You'll want to contact Player Support about this and/or create a thread on the [Report a Bug] sub-board. I'm going to lock this thread because this isn't the right sub-board to ask for this help! I hope you have better luck elsewhere, though!
