[Suggestion] After Reporting Someone, Make It So You Are Not On The Same Team As Them For A Little

So I was playing a game of Ranked which is all dandy when suddenly I get paired with one of those bozos, you know, the ones who if they do not get their role they will feed the entire game, which is fine cause I was feeling pretty good about my skill so I was thinking that I could possibly win. Well the enemy team was very good and ultimately wrecked a lot of my team. We ended up losing so I reported the guy for feeding because he did not get the role he wanted. So I get ready for another game and get into champion select and who do I see on my team? The guy who I just reported for feeding. He also fed again!

My suggestion to Riot is can we have a blocking system or maybe when you report someone it blocks them from being on your team for a week or month or however long so that way you are not forced to play with people who literally throw off your games. It is not often you are on the same team as someone from a previous game but it does happen.
