Going the extra mile for Matchmaking(First picking and beyond)

Another HUGE part that i feel has been overlooked is placement in pregame lobby. Many of times I ask or am asked to switch champions due to counterpicking. Yet the ONLY way to get this done correctly is to have a duo. Otherwise it is a roll of the dice that the person you want to switch with is (Available to talk to, cares to talk to you, is willing to switch, etc)

I would like the possibility to select where youd like to be placed. (Naturally I feel that the bot players would like going first while top and mid would LOVE going last.) This would also lower hostility and lower(If only a minascule amount) of toxicity and unfun gameplay.

Small example would be something like my favorite top pick. THE ROCK SOLID MALPHITE! . If im in first pick with him however. I have one selection in banning phase to not get terribly counterpicked. However, there are MANY different counterpicks To show a few. Being in mid pick or last pick would make a huge difference for myself and the overall for my team.
