It seems everytime i get into a game, I always have some salty person who ends up feeding, today I had a Kennen mid who was 1/1/1 and decided that he was done 15 minutes in because of how bad that is and started feeding, yet I have reported him and nothing has happened and I have not received a message saying this player has been punished. Please Riot take control of theses players who make it impossible to play ranked and go somewhere, this is my first year on league and I am not sure if I will be coming back. If there is anything that I can do please let me know, but I'm tired of people saying that they are going to feed and nothing happens to their accounts.

I looked up your match history and saw his death locations. he wasnt intentionally feeding. He also did most damage in that game. 2nd in CS. 2nd in warding. He didnt break any rules so he wont be punished.

The kennen literally told our team that he was gonna feed and didnt care, was ulting and flashing into random spots just cause, he did dmg yes but it was because of that
