Shaco needs a rework

I love playing shaco but since the asassin update he doesnt feel right anymore. Befor he had a strong early thanks to his 3 seconds invinsibilty and his e dealt atleast dmg. Later he dropes hard becouse he had no good scalings. But the new shaco only get kills early if people are realy bad or just sleeping. Those kills woudnt be able to do without ignite. The new shaco doesnt have a strong early and lose nearly most of the 1v1 in jungle and his mid and late game also isnt the best. Shaco has to be played as glasscanon and with luck he can kill an adc or he has to be played as tank. He needs some changes so u have a champ that has either a strong early or mid or late. But right now he doesnt has any strong moment in game. There isnt even a real reason to play shaco if u want to counter jungle pick a rengar kha zix or jarvan they are stronger than shaco and have a better scaling. Also shaco doesnt has a good jungle clear if u dont buy tiamat u will get truble in the jungle. I want to know if riot still remember shaco. I mean in the pbe draktar will get nerfed but shaco dont get a buff like zed or talon. I excuse my english and hope to get some answers
