Regarding new Champ Select, while others are picking

With the new champ select, say you're third pick and other people are picking they're champs, and it shows the big circle of whoever the current person has selected. I think it should be added that you can bring up the list of champions so that you can prepare who you're going to pick, rather than having to search through as soon as it's your turn to pick. Especially now that the window is smaller to see your champ list.

I know it auto-selects your preference, but if it gets banned or if, based on team comp, you want to switch, this would be a good change. Make it work like the skin window, so you can bring it up if you want it or minimize it if you're happy with what you're picking.
