New game mode.

I was thinking of a new temporary game mode like U.R.F or Doom bots. I don't have a name for it but the idea is for champions to have only one ability, like a Blitzcrank having his q,w,e,r replaced to his rocket grab or a riven having her q,w,e,r replaced by her broken wing or her stun (of course the summoner can choose the ability.) This idea would go through summoner spells as well like having two flashes or two ignites. To top it all off, players would be allowed to trade passives with each other like a pantheon and a leblanc having each others passive. This game mode would have a 50% reduced cost on mana as alot of mana hungry champions would consume all of their mana with the blow of 2-3 abilities. The abilities also have their own cooldown so that they can be used at separate times. Please comment if you guys can think there is anyway we could spice up this game mode a little. Thanks.
