Matchmaking system

You guys need to fix the matchmaking system. With all the respect it's just not good. I keep losing games because I'm being matched up with feeders or bad players in general. Honestly you can go to my profile and see my match history. I'm always winning lane with a few exceptions and I split push help the team but they just won't listen to calls and objectives. I went from gold 2 to g4 for the third time. It's like you want me to demote or something. It's just frustrating and not making us better players like you claim.
