One for All needs to be imporved

When I first heard we can play one for all, I was really happy. But now my Idea changed, when for all is the worst game type I've ever seen, I wanted play Illaoi in one for all, but for a whole day, I didn't get her, more than 20 games. which made me really upset, I'm considering whether or not to quit league now. I don't think its hard to deal with, since you already did in rank. why not we pick the champ that we want and then go to match with people. just like in rank we choose position first then begin match up, this time in one for all we choose several champs we want to play first then start match up. I prefer to wait for an hour to play an one for all game using the champ I want, Instead of play what others like for 20 games
