What is gonna happen to Victor's Emblem?

Quinnstance··1 votes·382 views

I've been playing with the riven icon and I noticed that chaos is actually reigning so I'm pretty sure they're gonna win. So my question here is will I still be able to obtain Icon from Victor's Emblem even if we lose?
