Hi there, I have a question about Aatrox Aatrox and sated devoureritem 3718 . How will the item interact with him? Will he get his third hit proc faster, will he apply the proc twice, the phantom hit won't interact with his blood price/thirst at all... What do you think? In my opinion, it will stack the price/thirst faster, but only apply the damage/heal once(or that's what I hope), your thoughts?

It does proc faster. It doesn't double proc.
