The Absolute Best Regions

Of all the regions in runterra/valoran/brazil whatever you wanna call it, the shadow isles and Zaun are quite easily the coolest. I mean if you read the stories and bio's for both zaun and the shadow isles, whether its Warwicks or Thresh's, they just outclass Noxus/Demacia/ionia. It aint even fair bruh. Between the story of the ruined king and mist or the underground black market of Zaun, the other regions really dont have much to offer except "oh we're brutal and strong" or "justice, fam".
