Are EXP Runes finally viable?

So we all know that EXP runes where best used on snowball champions to get the power spikes early on but are crap at the late game

So with the change to Lethality scaling with your level and not the enemies i think the EXP runes would be good with all of the freshly buffed Assassins so they can snowball faster and yes that means poor poor bot lane always underleveled.

So what are your thoughts are they viable finally since their gimmick kinda enlines with the Lethality gimmick of being snowbally?

if you think 6% exp will save u, do it dood.

but your giving up 13.5% att speed, which scales late 7.75 ad, which is at lv1 like a 10-15% dmg bump or nearly 13 armor

But you get you're lv2 on 2nd wave like everyone else and get gotted dood :/ gl if you can win with the exp runes and get ahead maybe, but ur putting urself at a disadvantage.
