Intentional feeders

So i get the whole everyone has a nad day or game stuff but has anyone noticed a increase in intentional feeders or just a lack of skill in the game while the enemy team always seems to be dumpstering you. I have 10 games in a row with either intentional feeders or people who just dont know how to play but the enemy team its like there is a 5 man q. I have 5 friends who are way better than me like high plat quite this game because of this not just one intentional feeder in one game but multiple in 5 or 6 games in a row. Is this just another example of shitty matchmaking or is it just bad luck. As you can imagine its kinda hard to win with a 3 and 17 varus mid who doesnt know how to aim a skill shot or a ezreal who face checks a bush with his e.
