LoL in French on NA servers

Hey boards communty I'm from Québec and my native language is french. Even though there is no option in the game to have it in french on the NA servers, I used to go in the setting files and change some files to play in french since, even though I understand english pretty well, I like having the game in my native language. However, League changed some configurations and I'm not able to have my game in french anymore. And by the way, Québec is in North America, so it should be possible to play the game in french for people here, considering that all the sound files and stuff are ready, just not accessible.

That being said, I'd like to know if : 1- Is there a way to play in french right now on the NA servers; 2- Recently, I've seen a post of a dude getting banned because he changed the resolution of the screen by changing things in the files of the game. His ban got canceled, but I read that changing files could result in a ban. I just want to know if changing my game language to french could get me banned.

Honestly I wouldn't play in French (from Québec too), but I'm a bit surprised the option isn't there.

With the japanese voice coming on soon, I'd also like to be able to change the voice/language of my league client so I can play with the japanese voices on :3

I'm also from Québec, and think it would be nice to be able to chose the game language wherever you are in the world. I play with a lot of friends that doesn't speak english as well as I do and I'm sure they'd love to be able to read the tooltip/lores etc. in their language and to be able to understand the quotes their champions are saying.
