Leaverbuster should be tweaked

I was playing a ranked game today I was toplane but then I realized I had to restart my computer for something (Something running in the background causing lag) I left for 7-8 minutes I came back I was a bit behind and our team was losing we however won and I was 1/2/15 because all I did was stun people and let my adc to finish them off since I was Riven even though I won I still was banned because I went afk for 8 minutes I have a past history of afking because of family emergencies and wifi issues ( I am forced to use this isp for where I live that is terrible) Anyways I think leaverbuster should be tweaked for example I heard stories of players who went afk for 8 minutes came back carried the team and made them win I just think that leaverbuster should have better judgement of situations for example : Players dc's for 10 minutes logs back on and carries the whole team I don't think leaverbuster should actually affect the player because the player's leave did not effect the team in anyway whatsoever. Another thing about leaverbuster is that you should be able to make an appeal for example : I carried the team even when I went afk. I myself despise leaverbuster I know it is useful in certain situations but it just has horrible judgment of situations.
