Are there any plans for Vladimir

Rockmanenius··1 votes·499 views

Are there any plans for a Vladimir rework because eve though he is in a good spot now hes still thematicly not as awesome as a grand blood mage of noxus should be, to me when someone says blood mage i think of someone sacrificing half his health to blow up enemies and lots of risk and lots of reward. What are your thoughts?

If they change his name to Chadomier he would already be Op.
