How does Sheen and Criticall Strike work?

Let say I play Yasuo, I get 100% Crit chance and my damage with Q will be 200 (numbers are made up)

And later in the game I decide to get a Sheen, so the question is, will my Q do 200 damage still? Or will it deal more damage because of sheen?

IS IT WORTH TO BUILD TRINITY FORCE IF I HAVE 100% CRIT CHANCE?

They don't interact; Spellblade will deal its damage and your autoattack would critically strike.

sheen gives bonus damage based on base ad so in tri force it gives 200% bonus damage based on base ad on the next auto

The bonus damage from sheen will get added on top of it, but cannot itself benefit from critical strikes. So it will boost your damage output but does not really synergize with any high crit builds in any way.

The sheen proc is merely added to the crit calculation, not a part of if. If I have 200 total AD, 100 base AD, a Trinity force, and an infinity edge, The calculation looks like this: (200x2.5)+(100x2)=750 The first half is the critical strike, and the second half is the Trinity force empowered sheen proc.
