Too much gold in late game - what to do?

During the game we all buy items which suit us well, which work best for our champ and we may also have personalized item page for one particular champ. On this page those items are kinda mixture of attack damage, ability power, movement speed, healing etc. They are also very well combined when it comes to having less gold in early game, and having more in mid or late game. Sometimes we get to buy only some of our items, sometimes we buy more and SOMETIMES we get to buy all of our items.

But what to do when we have already bought all of our items and we have so much gold that we could buy more? Should we sell some and buy some more expensive or just stick with our items and don't do anything about it?

For example, when I play my final items are these: Those are very well combined, but should I go for something else in situations like this?
