Runes and Masteries pages recommendation?

I wouldn't be able to tell you for all champions and all roles, but champion.gg is a good place to start. Just look up various champions in the role you want and look for similarities.

This is a very very broad question. probuilds.net is a good place to look for individual champions

I got to Plat V before I ever started buying rune pages, I only had two (1 for AP, 1 for AD) ^-^ definitely helps having more than one, but ill post 'em.

AD

• RED: 9x Atk dmg
• YELLOW: 9x Armor
• BLUE: 9x Flat MR
• QUINT: 2x Atk Speed, 1x Life Steal

AP

• RED: 9x Magic Pen
• YELLOW: 9x Armor
• BLUE: 9x AP
• QUINT: 3x AP

Disclaimer: I am not claiming these to be the end-all-be-all rune pages for every champion and is in no way, shape, or form optimal for most/all champions. I am just simply saying these are what helped me when I didn't have IP to spend on rune pages
