2 Changes I'd like to see for 6.4

Revert Kog'Maw Attack Speed from W back to Q, but keep minimum damage on W. Kog is insane right now. Revert the buff to Lux from a long time ago that made both Q targets take full damage and full root duration. Turn it back to the 2nd target only taking 50% damage and root duration. Lux is insane right now.
