Brand is so OP that i can't lane against him , His range ,Passive , Damage , He is just unstoppable , I know everyone will say dodge skills they are easy to dodge ,But If I do that it effects my farm badly and still I can't dodge him , So please do something about it if you really want to call this ''Balanced''
