Ranked Promos AFKer

This is the 2nd consecutive series of promos that my 3rd game has been decided by an AFK player who went afk late in the game and caused us to lose and so I get to start all over again. Probably the most frustrating thing in this game, why isn't there a do-over when you lose a game because of an AFK player? I'm sure this happens quite frequently and the answer will be "sorry nothing we can do about it" but if it's happening so frequently, why isn't there something that can be done?

Let the AFK/leaver eat the entire team's loss in LP or promo so they'll be chomping down on a good -75 to 100 LP if they've been gone for 3+ minutes at any point. ez

Zero sympathy for "poor connections", "have to answer the door", "have to go pick up xxx person" ragequit etc in ranked force the team to lose. You have a buddy you're in group with for ranked and want to abuse this? a few games later they wont even be in the same league
