Current state of matchmaking

Hi i'm a plat three player and this is my first post the the boards so excuse me if i get my formatting or any other things wrong. I just wanted to ask about the current state of matchmaking and how everyone is finding a way of playing around most dynamic q groups. I'm a purely solo player when it comes to ranked because i use the ladder to gauge where my skill level is in terms of other players and shows my progress in learning about the game as a whole. What i find happening this season ever since the release of dynamic q is that i'm running into multiple parties all stacked with voice comms and the ability to play around eachother the way i can't play around my team as a solo player. Rather than whine about it however i'm hoping to find a way that some other solo players like myself have gone about finding a way to make it through this matchmaking system until hopefully riot brings back solo q or the grouping is fine tuned. Numerous amounts of my games have resulted in losses due to the difference in communication between teams.
