I'm confused on why this is allowed to happen

I just started playing about a month ago, and I did bot games for a while but the XP gain wasn't good enough, so I moved on to pvp. Now I know for a fact that I am new at this game, but the matchmaking in this game is broken. So I am here to voice my complaints in hopes of getting it fixed...

1). Why are level 30 full runes allowed to be paired with level 15s, that is not fair at all, I do not care if they are in a group with a level 10, they should be paired up not down. There are more than enough games going on to have them paired up. literally a level 30 in a game full of 15s means w.e team the level 30 on wins ALMOST guaranteed. This matchmaking is NOT new player friendly at all and actually discourages new players from keeping on playing. Games are not fun at all, specially with all the other games problems.

2). Afk's, last night out of 10 games 6 had an afk ON MY TEAM. and 2 of the left over 10 had one on the opponents team. This is ridiculous, with an afk its a guaranteed loss. Why not allow the system to take over the champion in case of afk's, and put their difficulty up high enough so that it's like a person.

3). trolls. Enough said, ruins games, makes people quit the game getting 75% of the games having an afk or a troll.

This game is NOT new player friendly. And has the most toxic community that I have ever seen in my life.
