Key Fragment Problem

I've noticed how all my friend complain about not having enough chests but i have the opposite problem. I never get keys after a game EVER, all my friends tell me that after some or even most of their games they win a key fragment or even a whole key. I get keys almost never even when i get honored by my teammates not even in my lobby. I've also noticed how my friend lv'ed up to my checkpoint after me and in just 2 days lv'ed up to honor lv 3 and he played much less games (keep in mind i still haven't lv'ed to lv 3). He says that even before lv 3 honor he has gotten keys at the end of games. I have not gotten any keys after games. The max key fragments I have gotten at a time was 2 key fragments, this leaves me confused and angry. I play this game every day and i still am more screwed over than people who don't play it almost at all, witch leads me to think your system targets people who have played your game for a long time and still play it a lot and have not bought any "RP". I personally can not see any better reason as half of my games my stats are higher than my teammates. I wish i get a real answer by someone who has qualification to answer me.
