Turning Off Sound for Friend Joining Games

Whenever someone in my friends list joins a game or enters a queue, I get that little wind noise.

I want to turn it off, forever. I never want to hear that again. There is no option to do that, is there?

Please make it stop. <3

  1. Click the little gear around where the exit button is.
  2. Move the "sound" slider all the way to 0.
