Is ? By any chance, we'll see a Lucian buff in this Marksman 6.17 patch ?

I mean, all adc mains know it now, and supports too, Lucian is weak, probably the weakest adc early game, Taking the range off his Q completly killed him, But why in the world would a nerf in one patch reduce the range of 2 abilities by 200, and the AD Scalling by 20%, and Ashe that is overpowered, the only nerf is 1sec in her Q ??? and some damage on her 100% utility Ultimate ? Why 75% of marksmans build yommu's, or a black cleaver, or a duskblade, items that are considered op, and It's only Lucian that get nerfed for it ? Why would anyone pick Lucian now, if he have the lowest range, can't out damage vayne, Ashe, Cait, Twitch ...anyone, and it mana hungery and have no hypercarry potentiel AND IS HARD TO PLAY ? Why would you buff vayne one patch after the other, a champion that is supposed to be weak early, but now kick *** early and even stronger late game BEAST ? So much question, only response is negligence, and don't say in the lcs lucian had a strong early, because there is no early game in the lcs, only lane swap, and 10 minutes of easy farm and tower taking top and bot
