yasuo is underperforming from the new runes system

He is doing ok. It is preseason and while he did drop a bit he is still #1 pick for top. There are more concerning champions though like and who really did not benefit from much of the new rune system's keystones.

Hes never really been a great champ aside from release... He has a pretty high skill floor, but thats about it. Oh, and he is popular. People at low elo especially tend to feed a lot on him. Then there are a few people who tend to do well, and fewer still who have an occasional HARD carry game. Im pretty sure the only reason he is disliked so much by the community at large is because his playrate is so high, and skill level varies so much from player to player that he is like a bomb waiting to go off. Its nerve wracking.

That being said, I think that several of the rune setups fit him pretty well this season, so I disagree with this post. I think he "needs" buffs to be a high priority champion, but I don't think that will happen without some other kind of changes first.
