How to Possibly Balance Zoe
I notice a lot of people seem to really hate Zoe and that makes me sad because I love how cute and fun to play she is. I saw someone post she has a 49% winrate, but that's most likely because she has a high pick rate and is technically a skill based champ doing majority of her damage when she lands her EQ combo. The thing that I noticed upsets people though is that she can in some cases miss most of her kit and still win a fight. To fix this, I have a few suggestions. Mostly it would make her almost all skill based. First take the damage passive out of her W completely. Leave it where it only gives actives and MS. The damage has no real reason to be there. Second, lessen or remove the true damage on her E passive. True damage and armor pen are a huge problem with damage creep as a whole. It makes building health a better counterplay because armor is practically worthless. The other suggestion would balance more champs than just Zoe. Make it so Ignite doesn't proc electrocute. There is no reason that it should and it's absolutely ridiculous that it does. It's also another thing that is making damage creep a problem. I'd say nerf the damage output on damage rune, but they're already doing that next patch. I don't agree with them lowering the cooldown though, but I'll take what I can get at this point. At least damage will be more spread out than all at once. Please feel free to debate about this, but I feel like this would really help a lot. Thank you for taking the time to read.
