Graves q cost 100 Mana not 70
The Skill description say it cost 70 Mana but actually it cost 100.

He and a few other things got nerfed on the 17th, tooltips won't be updated until next patch.
He got hotfix nerfs on 11/17, and one of those was increased mana cost to make his Q less spammable. Unfortunately for all their good intentions, Riot rushed it a bit too much and forgot to change the tooltips.
