So i had this idea, you know how Kog is going to break the attack speed barrier? What if cass could do that with her poison? For example, 100 poison stacks, 10 bonus cdr on poisoned targets 250 poison stacks = 15
500 stacks= 25% more cdr.
so She could have up to 65% cdr on poisoned targets allowing her to zone better and to keep the spells spamming.
Ideas? Opinions? Leave em down below.

No point, since all her dmg is in her E, and that 0.5 cooldown won't go any lower than that ... and that is the ability you will spam most of the time, and that's where all your mana will go as well.
Cass has never needed CDR to begin with, and she won't be needing it now. :)
pretty pointless buff honestly. So much so i wouldn't even call it a buff.
Good point, we would have to unlock the cd on the twin fang but that might be too op. hmmm
What if we did it with Spell vamp instead? O_O
