Jhin W "Caught Out" Debuff Suggestion

Jhin

So I main Jhin, and ALL THE TIME this happens: My ally marks an enemy champion that escapes into fog of war, and I hope for the best and aim where I think they are with my W, and luckily I see that I hit them because my projectile stops abruptly in the fog of war. I then begin to unload my ult and begin firing around where I believe they are still rooted or running from after the root wears off, because there is still fog of war and my target that I skillfully guessed with a W is still not revealed.

What I'm trying to get at here is that I think landing such a W in fog of war should be more rewarding, and not instantly remove the "Caught Out" debuff which allows the enemy to be rooted in the first place. Because Jhin's ult says that ulting will reveal all caught out enemies in the cone, which is great! However my W CONSUMES the such debuff and I still have to continue to snipe through fog of war with my ult, even after such a nice W shot.

What are your guys thoughts? Main point, hitting a "Caught Out" or marked enemy as Jhin with W should not CONSUME the debuff, so that right after landing such a W, ulting right after allows me to "put the spotlight" on my victim and allow me to snipe him clearly with vision, as a reward for landing a fog of war W. Either this, or have it so that W'ing a "Caught Out" enemy also reveals them.

Here is a clip from Plays.TV of an old Feb 12th Jhin game, the first section of the clip is a decent example of what I'm trying to get across, (The 2nd part of the clip is nothing significant, just extra fun footage).

Pretty sure that point of Jhin's ult revealing is for the scenario mentioned above.

So...no change. The snare is 1.75 seconds mid game anyways, which is guaranteed the first shot from Curtain Call and subsquent shots should be easy to follow up from there.
