ult has no effect on hec. is it supposed to do that just a point or a ? for riot

i mean that hec can ult through the wall
doesn't that make sense? Can't anyone flash through azir's wall? Or jump over it, basically any ability that can pass through a wall that thick should be able to go through azir's wall right? Haven't played against an azir yet so I don't know. It would make more sense if hec (and anyone with Phantom dancer) could just walk through it, I mean they're units after all... But I understand why that doesn't happen.
Exactly if you were to throw your r with Azir, hec can do his dash through it
