New season ranked placements and or ranked promo's with AFK players

wondering what you all can do about folks who loose games in promos and or placements due to AFK players? I just find it frustrating to loose a promo and or place badly due to a loss from a player being afk. I don't know if there is any way to have a redo on a placement or promo due to afk player or not.

May i suggest to keep folks from cheating , there would have to be a minimum of 3 reports of an afk player in a game.
